Scott Sommer is a 30-year veteran of the Hollywood and China entertainment communities, working in development and productivity training at various companies including 20 th Century Fox, Carolco Pictures, and most recently at Shanghai-based Star Pictures Ltd., a division of Star TV, where he ran its international division, acquired remake rights to western television programs, and launched productivity initiatives. Along the way Scott has forged many lasting relationships with companies, producers and talent throughout Hollywood, China and India. Today Scott operates production companies in Hong Kong and the U.K. and is often invited to speak on panels at media and business summits about entertainment marketing and productivity from an East-West perspective.
